Privacy Policy for Guess It!

Guess It! ("the app") is a charades party game published by Pierre Lepagnol ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does and does not collect. It applies to the Android app distributed on Google Play under the package net.lepagnol.guessit.
Summary
Guess It! has no user accounts, no ads, no analytics of your gameplay, and no crash reporting. Your teams, scores, custom decks, and settings never leave your device. The only data that leaves your device is what Google Play and our payment provider need to process an optional one-time Premium purchase.
Data stored on your device
Team names, scores, game settings, and any custom decks you create are stored locally on your device only. We cannot see this data, it is not uploaded to us, and it is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
Data related to purchases
Guess It! offers an optional one-time "Premium" in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat, Inc., our purchase-infrastructure provider. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes your Google Play purchase token and a purchase history record to validate the transaction and restore your entitlement across devices. This data is transmitted encrypted in transit. We do not receive your name, email, payment card, or Google account details — Google Play handles payment. RevenueCat acts as our data processor. Data we do NOT collect
The app does not access or collect: your location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, photos, phone or SMS, health data, advertising identifiers, or any account credentials. It requests only the permissions needed to run (internet and network state, for purchase validation; vibration, for haptic feedback; and billing).
Children's privacy
Guess It! is a general-audience party game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal profile data, no such data about children is gathered.
Your rights and data deletion
Because game data lives only on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of purchase records held by our processor, contact us at the address below and we will forward the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when we do.
